1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Thrive Credit mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms.
2. Use of the App
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Credit Services
Thrive Credit provides credit for purchasing electricity, airtime, and data bundles. All credit is provided at our discretion and is subject to our credit policies. To be eligible for credit, you must have been a user of the application for at least 3 months. Repayments are due according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes providing your nationality, employment status, a valid ID document, and a selfie for verification purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using the App for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, or to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Thrive Credit or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
